The VIP Stadiums & Skyline Tour

**Total experience, approx. 40 minutes; Flight time, 30 minutes. 

This magical tour heads West over to Mountain Creek Lake and Baptist University. It then proceeds to Cowboy Stadium, Ranger Stadium, and Six Flags. From there, the course continues to the beautiful Dallas skyline, where you will enjoy a mid-air pause right at the skyline, for an optimal photo opportunity, before continuing over to Fair Park, where you can see the Cotton Bowl Stadium, as well as the location of the State Fair of Texas. Included is a red carpet photo session with the helicopter as well as a complimentary glass of Champagne per adult, if interested.

$48 -Add
additional seats. (The cabin can seat up to 5, depending on weight). Cumulate
weight not to exceed 800 lbs., unless pre-authorized. Call if you want to add
the 5th seat.

$48 - Video Clips
/ Extra Photos Package. Document your experience with video clips and extra
photos. Includes option for the red-carpet catwalk. Includes take-off video.
 
$98 - Memory
video. CURRENT SPECIAL - For those who purchased the Video Clips and Extra
Phots package and would like to have your event memorialized with a one-minute
social media-length Memory Video that includes background music, we would be
happy to utilize the extra footage and put this together for you. We only use
Royalty-free music from our library. We select the music to match the event.
Production time can vary. (Regularly $148).
 
$248 - Set up a
pre-approved photo session with your auto on the airfield next to the
helicopter. This is by appointment only, as it requires special handling and
airport authorization.
 
ADD DINNERS:
 
There is the option to add dinners at the
on-site -restaurant, Delta Charlie's Bar and Grill, as per their Dinner
Flight Program Terms. This includes a 3-course meal, with salad,
main course, and dessert, for $32 per plate. 
Beverages and tips are not included and will be charged upon checkout.
*They also have the option to upgrade the steak on the menu to a Filet Mignon
for an upcharge of $12.99.

We partner with them and offer the same Dinner Flight Program they offer
when they fly their small airplane tours. We like the restaurant very much. However, we cannot guarantee their service or the quality of their food. On occasion, they close the restaurant early with very little notice to us if they cancel their flights. On that occasion, you have the option to have your dinners refunded or rescheduled. You also have the option to reschedule your flight if you want to keep your dinner scheduled with your flight. Is your flight a surprise? If so, please know that if you schedule your dinner reservation prior to your flight, we will brief them in advance of your special occasion. However, we cannot guarantee that they will not accidentally ruin the surprise of the helicopter flight.

About Us:

We operate by appointment only, from the terminal building at the Dallas Executive Airport / Redbird, at 5303 Challenger Dr., Dallas 75237.

Tour flights: (Part 91 operations).

Most tours are on Fridays, Saturdays, and sometimes Thursdays and Sundays. There may be variable flight days for longer tours.

Charter flights: (Part 135 operations).

We offer Part 135 Charter Flights and corporate services during the week. Flights are performed by our sister company, Airwolf Helicopters LLC, under FAA Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate # 10FA234Q.

The helicopter:

We operate a jet turbine engine Bell 206 Long Ranger. It is executive configured and spacious with a 5-seat private cabin. It is extremely smooth as it has a Bell stabilization system, hence the use for executive as well as air ambulance work.

Our Chief Pilot:

Captain Wolf (callsign, the 'Airwolf') is from Hamburg, Germany, and has thousands of hours of helicopter operations in 15 different types of helicopters, including the Bell 222 Airwolf. He has been on TV with his stunt work, and his mission profiles include air ambulance, sling load operations in the German Alps, and rally races throughout Europe and Africa. He is also a jet pilot and instructor for the Boeing B737-NG. However, his first and favorite love is helicopters.

COVID-19 Protocol:

** The cabin of the helicopter, including headsets and microphones, is sanitized after every flight. 

Operational Procedures / Terms:

By enjoying this experience, you will be bound to our Operation Procedures / Terms, which are published on our website. www.youtakeflight.com. 

Safety First: 

 If we are unable to fly for any reason, we will reschedule flights as per our Operational Procedures / Terms. Your flight will be good for one full year.

This will be an experience you will never forget; however, please plan accordingly, as our cancellation and refund policies are firm.

FAA Regulations and Security:

*We verify identity prior to flight. That includes a photo ID and credit/debit card used to purchase the flight.

• Be prepared to show a government-issued photo ID.

• Be prepared to go through a security screening.

• All federal laws and safety procedures will be adhered to.

• If we feel uncomfortable with a passenger or passengers on our flight schedule, we reserve the right to cancel their flight and refund their payment at any time.

• The only possessions allowed on the aircraft are phones, purses, or cameras unless you have made prior arrangements with us.

 * PLEASE NOTE: Some days may have an extra premium. 

 * Flight time availability is limited.

 * Prices vary and can change without notice.

  * Full refunds are offered up to 3 days after purchase as long as the purchase is not within 72 hours of the scheduled flight. If, within 72 hours, flights are rescheduled. 

  *If after three days of purchase, for those who reside in the state of Texas:  If we are unable to fly on your selected flight date due to weather, maintenance, temporary flight restrictions, crew issues, or any other reason, or, if your plans change and you are unable to fly on your selected flight date, all upgrades and premiums can be refunded, as per our Operations Procedures / Terms, however, the flight itself is redeemable for up to a whole year, and can be rescheduled and not refunded.
